Welcome to Camp Impact! Over the years our camp program have offered fun and safe camp opportunities for our city. Camp Impact is a place where parents can feel safe leaving their little ones and kids are excited about the fun and learning they’ll experience. We are passionate about building relationships with families and having opportunities to minister to them, while experiencing together the love of Christ through the wonderful tools of fun and sports.
Here’s a few things to help you and your camper get ready for camp this summer . . .
Camp Impact is held at the Impact Church campus at 3131 Randall Parkway. We have a large building with offices, activity rooms, and playing fields.
Jason Bostian is the Camp Pastor. He is assisted by an awesome crew of counselors who can’t wait to have a great time with your kids!
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a water bottle, lunch and snacks, towel, bathing suit, change of clothes, sunscreen and any special medical supplies, such as an inhaler. Pre-schoolers can also bring a pillow and mat for rest time. Make sure everything is labeled with your child’s first and last name. Please don’t pack any digital devices or toys.
Medication Form (OCMs) – Please fill this out and bring with you to registration if there are medications your child needs to take while at camp.
Come to the Impact Church front entrance. Check-in is at 7:30am for those that purchased Early Drop-off and 8:30 for everyone else. On the first day, please arrive 15 min. early so we can finalize registration and collect any outstanding fees. You or a designated person must sign your child in and out every day.
You can pick your child up at the front entrance at 4:30pm. Late pick-up is until 5:30pm.
We’ll sell concessions during the week, which will include healthy snacks and drinks. You can pay in advance for store credit at drop-off.
On Friday, we’ll provide a tasty lunch for all the campers! Friday is also “Ice Cream Day” at Camp Impact!
We will cancel and refund camp fees (minus the 25% deposit made) so long as we have two weeks’ notice prior to your scheduled camp week. We will not be able to issue refunds within two weeks of scheduled camp date except in cases of camper illness, injury, or a death in the immediate family.
A FINAL NOTE
